Landmark Stories

The project is finished. The proof isn't written yet.

We interview your team and your client, then turn a completed job into a case study a stranger will actually finish reading.

The problem we solve

Some purchases get researched. A custom home, a full-mouth restoration, a pool, a restoration job after a flood. Nobody buys those from an ad alone. They read first, and they read for a while.

Most companies in those categories have done excellent work and have almost nothing written about it. The proof exists in a project folder and in the memory of the person who managed it. It never reaches the person deciding.

How a case study gets made

  1. We pick the project Not the biggest one. The one that most resembles the work you want more of.
  2. We interview Your project lead, and where possible the client. Thirty minutes each. We ask what nearly went wrong, because that is the part readers believe.
  3. We write it A narrative with a real beginning and a real result. Plain language. No filler and no adjectives doing work that facts should do.
  4. You approve it You get the draft, you cut what you don't like, we revise. Nothing is published that you have not signed off on.

Who this is for

The common thread is a buyer who opens six tabs before they call anyone.
